1 to June 5, on the Caracciolo promenade in Naples will start the gastronomic festival, which will delight lovers of Italian cheeses, particularly mozzarella.
Festival Bufala Fest, however, is devoted not only to the mozzarella (the slogan), but for all the products that are produced from yeast, obtained from milk of black Buffalo.
In the past year, the gastronomic feast was visited by more than 100,000 people. Due to the huge influx of visitors the festival area, it was decided to increase this year the exhibition stands will be located on the path starting from Piazza della Repubblica and ending in Piazza Vittoria; the «heart» of the entertainment is the Rotonda Diaz, where you will place the stage for the show.
Guests of the event will see cookery classes and performances by local bands, as well as a fair of local products and tasting of fresh dairy products.
